WHAT WE DO
I design and facilitate creative workshops that support wellbeing. Sessions offer a calm, welcoming environment where people can explore without pressure. The focus is on the creative process and its benefits, rather than the end result.

HOW IT HELPS

Who leads
Sessions are led by Heidi Compton, an experienced art facilitator, with additional support for larger groups. She creates an environment where participants feel at ease and able to engage at their own pace.
Participants are encouraged to develop their own approach—exploring different materials and ways of working, building confidence and curiosity. Many continue their creative practice beyond the sessions.
Creative activity supports wellbeing by reducing stress and encouraging a calmer, more balanced state of mind. The act of making helps people slow down, ease anxiety and improve mood. Working in a group can also build connection and reduce isolation.
