WHAT WE DO

I design and facilitate creative workshops that support wellbeing - offering a calm, welcoming space where people can explore without pressure or judgement. Sessions are thoughtfully guided, with a focus on the benefits of the creative process rather than the end result.

HOW IT HELPS

Creative activity is known to support wellbeing, helping to reduce stress and encourage a calmer, more balanced state of mind. The focus on making provides a natural way to slow down, ease anxiety and support a more positive mood. Being part of a group can also foster a sense of connection and reduce feelings of isolation.

The sessions are gently guided by an experienced facilitator, creating a space where participants can feel comfortable, focused and supported. This can lead to a growing sense of confidence, ease and fulfilment.

FREEDOM TO EXPRESS

Scribble Arts encourages people to explore their creativity in their own way - within a supportive and gently guided environment. Participants are introduced to new ideas and approaches, helping to build confidence and curiosity.

​There is no expectation to produce a perfect result. The focus is on the process of making — allowing space to experiment, respond instinctively and enjoy the experience without pressure.

​Participants are supported to develop their own way of working, discovering what they enjoy and building confidence in their individual creativity. For many, this becomes something they continue beyond the sessions, offering lasting benefits.
