A friendly and informal group for young adults - aimed at supporting quality of life, health and wellbeing through creativity and connection. Participants engage in a variety of simple, fun projects, delivered in an easy going, non-judgmental environment, giving safe space to switch off and relax. A chance to see how being creative can bring peace of mind while learning new techniques, ideas and meeting other young adults
